Job Overview
The Information Technology Manager will lead LNTA’s digital infrastructure and technological systems to ensure reliable and uninterrupted business operations. The role focuses on maintaining servers, computer networks, internet connectivity, enterprise software systems, and IT security frameworks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Upgrade outdated hardware and software infrastructure when necessary.
Network Administration & Cybersecurity
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, firewalls, antivirus systems, data encryption, and secure authentication methods.
- Protect organizational systems from cyber threats, malware attacks, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain secure backup systems and disaster recovery procedures to minimize operational disruption.
Systems Administration
- Administer LNTA software applications, telecommunications platforms, databases, and internal digital systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure effective integration between technology systems and business functions.
Technical Support & User Training
- Provide day-to-day IT support services to employees.
