Job Overview

The Beverage Production Supervisor will lead a dynamic team of operators, technicians, and quality specialists at our Monrovia bottling plant. This role is critical to ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing workflow, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output targets and maintain product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine inspections, and lead corrective actions for any mechanical failures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to minimize waste and optimize supply chain flow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to resolve production bottlenecks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for senior management.
• Lead safety briefings, emergency response drills, and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Support sustainability initiatives by reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation.

Required Skills

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications such as Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in beverage production or a comparable manufacturing environment, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience with modern bottling lines, automated control systems, and continuous improvement projects is highly preferred.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 30,000 to SSP 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
