Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store functions including merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates, department heads, and support staff.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with the supply chain team and local vendors, ensuring product availability and minimizing shrinkage.
