Job Overview

The Cocoa Production Manager will lead Cargill’s cocoa farming operations in the Sanniquellie region, overseeing the entire production cycle from planting to harvest and post‑harvest handling. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in sustainable agriculture, crop management, or agribusiness are highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience managing cocoa or similar cash‑crop production, preferably within West Africa. Experience working with farmer cooperatives and implementing sustainability initiatives is essential.

Salary
