Manage day-to-day operational requirements across multiple locations and coordinate with project management, supervisors, clients, contractors and service providers to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Managed day-to-day transport and logistics operations, including fleet planning, vehicle scheduling, route planning, driver management, dispatch, load allocation and delivery coordination. Responsible for monitoring vehicle utilisation, fuel consumption, maintenance requirements, breakdowns and operational costs. Coordinated customers, drivers, workshops and suppliers to maintain delivery performance and minimise downtime. Managed transport documentation, tracking systems, operational reporting, KPI performance and compliance with company and road transport requirements.
