Job Overview
The Store Operations Manager will lead the Zwedru outlet, ensuring operational excellence, superior customer service, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store functions, including sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly sales targets, monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a team of department supervisors and frontline staff.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Analyze financial reports, control expenses, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with the regional supply chain team to coordinate deliveries and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
