Job Overview
The Senior Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-capacity network systems across the Gbarbo region. This position is designed for a technical expert who understands the complexities of modern cellular networks, microwave backhaul, and fiber-optic integration. You will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced 5G and 4G LTE infrastructure projects.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and technical feasibility studies for new base station installations.
- Oversee the integration of microwave and fiber-optic backhaul systems to ensure low-latency connectivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and supervise third-party contractors during hardware installation phases.
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on core network elements.
- Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures for network maintenance.
Required Skills
- Expertise in RF (Radio Frequency) planning and optimization techniques.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network security frameworks.
- Proficiency in using network simulation and monitoring software tools.

Education
A Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and significant specialized certifications may be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment, specifically within mobile network environments. Proven track record of managing large-scale network upgrades is highly preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on technical expertise and performance metrics.
