Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to ensure compliance with Mine Safety Acts and internal protocols.
- Perform detailed risk assessments for all heavy machinery and blasting operations.
- Lead incident investigations and develop comprehensive root-cause analysis reports.
- Collaborate with site managers to implement safety training programs for all personnel.
- Monitor environmental compliance to ensure mining activities do not negatively impact local ecosystems.
- Audit contractor safety management systems to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Salary
