Job Overview

The Packaging Innovation Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge packaging solutions that enhance product safety, reduce material waste, and elevate brand appeal. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of innovative packaging designs, from concept ideation to prototype testing and final implementation.
  • Conduct material selection analyses to optimize cost, performance, and environmental impact, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and packaging simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of material science, especially polymers, glass, and metal packaging.
