Job Overview
Save the Children Liberia seeks a Digital Education Program Manager to design, implement, and evaluate digital learning solutions for primary and secondary schools. The ideal candidate will bridge technology and pedagogy to create scalable educational resources. This position is based in Ganta, Liberia, and reports directly to the Regional Education Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital education programs aligned with national curriculum standards
- Collaborate with local schools to integrate technology into teaching practices
- Design interactive e-learning modules and teacher training resources
- Monitor program impact through data collection and reporting
- Coordinate with international partners for resource development
Required Skills
- Proven experience in educational technology implementation
- Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, LMS platforms)
- Knowledge of Liberian education system and challenges
- Ability to work in remote and resource-constrained environments
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in educational program management, with at least 1 year in digital learning solutions. Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa is an advantage.
Salary
8,000,000 – 10,000,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
