Job Overview

Firestone Liberia is seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality control initiatives at its manufacturing facility in Zwedru. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality protocols and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards aligned with ISO certifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
  • Train staff on quality assurance procedures and safety protocols.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in quality assurance within manufacturing environments.
