Position Summary

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing and improving day-to-day financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risks, and driving efficiency across transaction systems.

The successful candidate will oversee remittance operations, digital payments, financial workflows, fraud prevention, and stakeholder engagement while leading operational teams toward high performance and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

1. Operations Management

Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Management, or related field
