Position Summary
The County Cultural Supervision Manager will coordinate and oversee implementation of national cultural policies at county level while ensuring local cultural groups, festivals, and heritage projects remain active and sustainable.
This role bridges national cultural objectives and local implementation through strong collaboration with traditional leaders, local authorities, community organizations, artists, and cultural practitioners.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Cultural Policy Implementation
- Execute LNTA cultural policies and initiatives at county level
- Adapt national cultural strategies to local community contexts
- Monitor implementation of heritage preservation programs
- Ensure alignment between county cultural activities and national tourism objectives
Cultural Groups & Talent Development
- Supervise county cultural centers and local cultural troupes
- Support:
