Key Responsibilities

Education Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional hospitality certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel administration, guest services, front office management, or hospitality operations.
  • Experience in international or business hotels is preferred.
