Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operational activities and ensure achievement of organizational targets.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Operations Management will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive operational management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or corporate operations environments.
- Proven track record in process improvement and performance management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
