Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities and ensure achievement of organizational targets.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Operations Management will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive operational management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or corporate operations environments.
• Proven track record in process improvement and performance management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
