2. Available Positions
A. Project Manager – Liberia Spotlight Initiative 2.0
📍 Monrovia (Multi-county oversight)
Purpose
Lead implementation of SGBV prevention and gender equality programs across multiple counties.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage quarterly work plans
- Coordinate multi-county GBV prevention activities
- Lead advocacy on SGBV, FGM, and child marriage
- Manage MEAL systems (monitoring, evaluation, learning)
- Build partnerships with government and UN agencies
- Produce quarterly and annual reports
- Strengthen community accountability systems
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or related field
- 5+ years project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Liberia gender context
- Experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or government projects
B. County Project Officer (4 Positions)
📍 Montserrado, Nimba, Grand Cape Mount, Lofa
Purpose
Implement SHED activities at county level and coordinate community GBV response systems.
Key Duties
- Implement county-level project activities
- Coordinate community leaders and CBOs
- Monitor GBV referral pathways
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Support awareness and community engagement
- Strengthen local GBV response systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field
- 2+ years experience in GBV or community development
- Knowledge of referral systems and gender issues
- Strong coordination and communication skills
C. Nutritionist / Nutrition Officer
📍 Grand Bassa County
Key Duties
- Conduct nutrition awareness campaigns (radio, door-to-door, jingles)
- Provide technical support on nutrition programs
- Conduct community nutrition training
- Develop IEC materials
- Monitor nutrition-related project outcomes
- Report monthly nutrition activities
Requirements
- Degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or Agriculture
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong communication and training skills
- Knowledge of Liberia nutrition context
D. Human Resource Officer

Key Duties

F. Driver
📍 Monrovia
Key Duties
- Transport staff and project materials safely
- Maintain vehicle condition and logs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with road safety rules
- Support field travel operations
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid Liberian driving license
- Experience in 4WD driving
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
